A motivating ladies-only circuit gym

Curves is a ladies-only gym with three locations in Doha and many more across the Middle East, which offers complete fitness and nutrition services. The Curves 30-minute workout uses hydraulic resistance machines and is recommended to be done three times each week. It incorporates strength and cardio training and stretching. A circuit coach is always on hand to correct and teach, so that you can reach your fitness goals safely. You might want to try the Curves circuit with Zumba Fitness to add some dance moves to your workout.

One client says that she even gets a call if she misses a few sessions, to make sure that she is OK and to give her that little extra encouragement to get back on track. With regular weigh-ins, body fat composition and body measurements for all clients, your progress will definitely be well monitored.
